    Is there any way I can use my airtime to purchase from app world as I'm not registered on PayPal nor do I have a credit card..

    You will need to phone your carrier and ask them if this service is available on your network,

    I am in Vodacom and it's available for mr... works well because I don't have a credit card nor a pay pal
