Had the exact same thing happen the other night. Situation had worked itself out by the next morning. Must be a bit of a lag time between PayPal and BBWorld

havng the exact same issue right now purchasing Snap2Chat

try to go into setting -> general -> clear BlackBerry App World cache, and then try to download Snap2Chat again and it will work (worked for me)
