You have corruption in your Android environment. You will have to do what I suggested above with Ultimate Backup and Link OS reload.
    Ok.thank you..

Sorry, as we told you before, I think you are going to have to reload from scratch.

Hey I am on 2876.today I have updated android runtime via bbw. Now all my android apps are not working...automatically closes after few seconds..please help

    BlackBerry z3 10.3.2.2876
I had a similar experience. I was on .2876 running Snap 2.9.9.2. for my android apps and the android runtime from .2813. All was working fine. Then I upgraded to the newest runtime and again all was working fine. Then I checked for further software updates for my phone and received a very small update. I rebooted my phone and all of the android apps crashed right after trying to open them. So,..., I deleted all of the apps, deleted Snap, rebooted my phone, reloaded Snap via Sachesi and then reloaded all of my android apps from Snap. That worked. All was back to normal.

I do not know what the small update pushed to my phone was, but it caused a problem until I went through the above procedure.

Now, my wife's phone (also a Z30) was running pure 10.3.2.2876. I upgraded her phone's runtime to the newest and then checked for further software updates. There was none. I can only conclude that the small update pushed to my phone had something to do with the .2813 runtime having been on my phone and not hers. Her phone works fine too, but without the trauma of deleting apps, Snap and reloading.

Anyway, try deleting all android apps and then reloading them after rebooting your phone. Might just work as it did for me.

I had that problem. After a couple of resets and some 20min later, it sorted itself out on its own. I suggest you do that, go for a walk around the block, then try the phone out again.

I had the same problem. I just tried 3 or 4 times to open the same app and eventually the runtime straightened itself out and now runs fluid. Give it a shot.

May I have to disable antitheft protection or encryption before reloading the os?

You should decrypt your SD card just in case. No need to disable protect as you will just be prompted for your BBID after loading your new OS. Make sure you know what it is.
