BB z10 Stl-100-1
Software release: 10.3.1.1779
today(02-26-2016) upgraded the android runtime from BB world and after restarting, when ever i open the android app, a green loading bar appears and loads untill app is closed.
in CPU use no android player is running.
not after restarting the phone.

The Runtime on BBW is for people on OS 10.3.2.2876 (to correct a bug with that specific release). It is not compatible with anything older.

You're in a pickle now. You'll have to either reload your existing OS with Link, or run an autoloader. If the latter, you might as well load the latest. Here is a link from Thurask's archive for Z10-1:

Is a newer OS version not available for you? Try to update with sachesi to avoid destroying your data

It should resolve your issues.

I had the green loading bar too on my Passport. A restart and then not running any android apps for a while.. maybe 15-20min fixed it for me.

I have rebooted my device 2 times.and also leave it for 2hours for setting up.but same thing..a green bar is loading..app is being opened. Then automatically closes by itself after 3-4seconds of opening..

The progressive green line is normal after a reboot but your app closing is not normal, that's for sure. See if you have an update yet by going to: settings/software updates/check for updates. If so complete that then reboot your device again and try. If it still crashes then you may have to resort to more drastic action (re-load your OS using autoloader or Blackberry Link).

Don't touch your phone for 30 minutes. Just walk away.

If it still doesn't work, you will have to downgrade the Runtime manually using Sachesi and then apply the update again.

if i restore that backup, will it again install that runtime upgrade as it do with other applications?

Try loading an older Runtime before updating again. Follow post 6 in this thread to load the OS2813 Runtime:

It seems you have a number of things going wrong with your device.

It may be time to consider a clean install of your OS by reloading it with Link.

Thank you conite...BlackBerry Link is working fine.it detects my device. Sachesi also detects my device..but it shows there was an error connecting.try again...can I backup my device before reloading the os?and how to restore the os...thank you

Use a third party app like Ultimate Backup to backup your messages, media, contacts, etc.

Then reload your OS with Link. You will see an option in Link for that.

Then setup your phone from scratch (setup accounts and re-download apps).

Personally I don't like it, because it tends to backup and restore the very corruption you are trying to get rid of.

You have corruption in your Android environment. You will have to do what I suggested above with Ultimate Backup and Link OS reload.
