    BB World shouldn't be able to take debit unless it's a special service your bank does

    It's got to be something with taxes, fees, or other govt. or bank fees in your country. I have been purchasing apps through BB world for several years with Visa and other debit cards and have never been charged a cent more then the listed price. Has nothing to do with debit cards, and if you believe you got "ripped off" there are protections (at least in most all countries.)
