    I purchased a song from bb app world on my new z10 (finally upgraded from bold 9900) and it starts the download but then displays an error message saying "creating music user failed"

    any ideas

    its a pain in the arse

    I've had my Z10 for almost a year. Purchased a song from the BlackBerry World app for the first time today, and get the same error after the download starts "creating music user failed".
    Running the latest OS release/version 10.2.1.2102 / 10.2.1.2141. Not sure what the problem is either.
