Greetings,

I can't sign into BlackBerry World from a laptop. When I go to BlackBerry World and click the "Sign In" button, I get an error message saying "We detect that cookies have been disabled in your browser. Please enable cookies in order to continue." Cookies are enabled. Is anyone else getting this?

It works if I use the app on the phone.

• Microsoft Edge
• Internet Explorer
• Mozilla Firefox
• Google Chrome
• Opera

Trying to open BlackBerry World in a browser on the Z10 simply opens the app.

Have you ever changed which email address is associated with your BlackBerry ID?

I get the error message before I get a chance to enter my email address. Are you able to sign in?

Same here, go to login page and there is a notice before you even attempt to login on Puffin, Chrome and Safari, all cookies allowed in browsers settings

And it's down again. At least in my case. Desktop, region Ukraine, browsers Firefox and IE.
