It's been a week and i still can't access my blackberry world in my z10, does anyone have any idea about why and when it will be back on track??

Hey Kareem,
there are several posts about this issue on Crackberry.

Ralfyboy found that if you open your music app, press the 3 dots and access Blackberry World there, it restarts the BBW app.
Give it a try.

I read it earlier it doesn't show any link to enter the blackberry world when i press the three dots i get the following:
1- now playing
2-play all
3- shuffle all
4-search
5-select

That is interesting.
How are you going to buy music without BlackBerry World?
This is what I get to see:



Anyway, maybe try accessing BlackBerry World thru the Video or Games app.
There should be another place that you can access BlackBerry World and this in turn resets the BlackBerry World app.
