Hey guys - firstly apologies if this is in the wrong forum, I couldn't see on specifically for BBWorld!

I am trying to download the Natwest Banking App via BlackBerry World, however it stays on 'Installing...' and nothing happens.

Restart, battery pull, nothing at all gets rid of it as always still appears as a Download - any ideas? Running OS 10.2 offical...

Moved to BlackBerry World. Is your app installed then? If you login to BBW on PC's browser can you try sending the app via that, once you're logged in with BBID? Free & Paid BlackBerry Apps for Smartphones & Tablets - BlackBerry World

Hmm - still doesn't work - just tried the Chrome Browser BlackBerry App and the app doesn't appear at all

Going to tweet Blackberryhel and see if they have any ideas...

Annoyingly, it appears as 'One Transfer Left' always appears in the Quick Settings menu...

Actually I went to 'Refresh BlackBerry World' under General Setting and did the trick! Thanks!
