Hello Friends,
I entered my Debit card(Visa) details in Payments options and Saved it
As my default option,
But when I tried to buy App,
It's showing "AW11000c" Error.
Please Help me

I am from india. And I am facing problem while purchasing an app from the blackberry world. As paypal does not work in india and I don't have a credit card. Rather I have a debit card. Please help me.

This support does not seem to come up with any solution. I have had the same problem thru months with varying error code depending on what I try. Lastly I managed to get money deducted from my account (!) but could not download my app (error AW10000x or something).
I have both a visa card and PayPal.
Nothing seems to work, and I have scoured the Internet for answers and tried all suggested solutions.
It sucks!

Initially, I came across the same issue as do a lot of other users. I deleted and re-entered my information multiple times. Moreover, I entered the exact details from the form I submitted to the bank - it seems ridiculous and maybe unrelated but it finally solved my issue.

It is an issue with the BlackBerry payment set-up system (methinks)

I have the same issue going on and can't seem to figure it out. I updated my OS today from the ATT notification. I've deleted and reentered my cc info many times and still get the AW10000c error msg.

I've done all of that, nothing works. So frustrating! BlackBerry should have their purchase system updated, that is why many people leave BlackBerry for other cellphone brands.

I am a new blackberry user and I have the same problems. No cc neither PayPal works...
