what OS are u using ?? As your screen captured, it wrote that you must have an os 10.2
so check your OS version first,

It's the Fates telling you that you should consider upgrading your OS!!!! No, really, .1925 is fantastic on the Q10.

OK, kidding aside....I've had bizarre notices like that on my Z10 before, but dealing with BBM. I cleared them by upgrading the OS.
