    Hi guys, I've been experiencing an issue with App World in the past few days. Everytime I open the app, it gets stuck in the loading process; it will only show the "Loading" word and the loading circle. No errors, no crashes. I've tried to hard reset the device (BB Passport) but it has not helped. Can you give me some advice? Do you perhaps have a .bar file of the app so that I can try to reinstall it with Sachesi? Thank you for your time.

    No issues/errors with your BB user id and Password? If they are correct, then things should go through.
    Is this a paid app? Is your payment profile setup correctly? CC card expiration date?
    Try downloading a free app for giggles/test........
