Prevent wallpaper and ringtones changing on sync?

Every time I sync my Torch 9800 the wallpaper and ringtone changes to the Service Provider's wallpaper and ringtone.

I am using Desktop version 6.0 Bundle 695 and OS6 on my phone.

I had not problems with OS5 on my 9700. Is this a bug in OS6?

Is there a way to keep my wallpaper and ringtones whn I sync?

You daid os6 on your phone. Ok, but what version do you have...I mean it is .526 or .534 or else.
