i just want a website that isnt a scam and can send me an unlock code within an hour and charge no more than $10 anyone got a good site that wont scam me?

I've had much success with cellunlock.
If you find one of their posts, the list a discount code in their sig. That will get you to your $10 :-)
I'm sure you'd be fine with any sponsored unlocker on this site though.

If you haven't already, a good place to go would probably be Global Unlock Codes -- Unlock your phone for $1.99!. I used them a few times before and they're pretty fast, especially with blackberry phones. And crazy cheap, like $1.99 per code, though it depends on your model.

I have used i Unlock Blackberry - Blackberry Unlock Codes - INSTANTLY unlock any BLACKBERRY Worldwide. 3 times now. Has worked flawlessly. Very quick to get the codes. Had to fight with the latest phone though, MEP2 did not bring up the unlock code entry as it did the other times. Had to unlock by putting non-locked to SIM card in. Don't know if newer OS versions perhaps have changed the unlock process.
