Default Where to get free unlock codes?
I need an unlock code for my bold 9000. I unlocked 2 other blackberries from an online source for free. I cannot remember this site. Any help? There is a site called freemyblackberry.com. Is this legit?

i cannot get an unlock code from them because it says my phone is unlockable. is the 8530 unlockable?

Not whatsoever. CDMA devices cannot be unlocked. Only GSM or HSPA devices.

I tried freemyblackberry.com to get a free unlock code and they sent me it within a few hours , even being saturday.
it worked perfectly within the first attemp
now my storm2 9520 unlocked, also tested with another SIM and all was OK

great service and free. I recommend

yeah, is my first post here, but Im not affiliated or whatever with thm, just posting my experience which saved me $10 to buy a unlock MEP2 and MEP4 code (both were provided, however I only used MEP2 to unlock by imei)

wanted to bump this thread. submitted a request to FreeMyBlackBerry.com yesterday afternoon and got the unlock code in about 4-5 hours absolutely free.
Still shocked that they did it for free but i'm not complaining
