How can i unlock a Telus blackberry Curve 8530

You can't.
It needs to have a SIM card to unlock it and use it on a different network. The 8530 doesn't have a SIM card.
You can flash it though, but most carriers won't activate the phone anyway. - 05-09-2012, 05:10 PM #3
Yes, you cannot use a Telus 8530 on Bell.

CDMA Blackberry devices without a SIM card slot / GSM support can't be unlocked and can't be used as GSM phones.
