I try to use a torch 9860 unlocked with my carrier (telus in canada) and the phone don't come on the network.
Any suggestion will be apreciate....

Hi,

The phone may be blocked.

I would suggest attempting to use a SIM card from the phones original network and if that doesn't work you'll know there's a bigger problem.

To remove a block you'll have to speak with the network and verify that you are the phones original owner.
