Default unlock a unlocked storm thats locked up

I bought a storm 9530 that was unlocked to AT&T I want to unlock it to T-Mobile. I checked by puting the mep2 code in but nothing happens. What now? somebody said its locked up. Can it be unlocked if so how and who?

If its already unlocked you can use it on T-Mo.

Once it's unlocked, it can be used on any network.

If you want to check and make sure it's unlocked, try Options>Advanced>SIM card. If unlocked, it should say on top "SIM card: Security Disabled". Underneath it should say "ID:" and then a 22 digit number.
