There are several inexpensive and reliable unlockers in the forums. Most who post here can be trusted. On EBay seller beware. Cheap may or may not be a good deal.

He has a Blackberry Bold 9700 locked to T-mobile. and there is no posting of IMEI numbers on this forum.
