Unlock codes
To anyone that wants an unlock code - this seller has them for 99 cents. Very easy way to unlock the 9800 - if you don't want to deal with AT&T for the code. I made a purchase and had the code within a matter of minutes. To unlock:
Options>Device>Advanced System Settings>Sim Card
Type "mepd" - you won't see what you're typing and the screen should have five items appear. If the network says "Active", the phone is locked.
Once you have your unlock code, follow the above instructions and once you're at the screen that shows "Active", type "mep2". Make sure you hit "Alt" for the number two.
Enter your code exactly as provided. Hit the trackpad button and you're done. The "Active" will change to "Disabled".
I say it's an entertainment value for 99 cents!
