Storm 9530 Unlock w/ service books help

So ive got the imei number and the mep number thats in the engineering options screen. I need the mep code to put into the MEP2 box. I also need to load the service books so email and web will work on the gsm band. I am going to Ibiza, Spain for 2 months and am extremely strapped on cash. Got the apartment and airfare paid for just need this last thing before I fly out in a few days.

If anyone is willing to help a brother out it would be extremely appreciated (maybe i can send ya an autograped t-shirt from ur favorite dj or if you're into that.)

also if anyone knows of a good carrier that has a great blackberry package (sms,web, phone) for spain a link would be sick.
