no unlock codes working

hi all ive just been given and upgrade to a blackberry 9360 it is a tmobile phone, i have tried getting an unlock code by using cellunlocker.net and bbunlockers.net but none are working and ive only got 3 or 4 attempts left now, when you go into the settings it says orange in the mobile network even though its tmobile phone is that a problem


Any help please i miss having a phone

The only way is to order via the device's PRD #. Is it tmobile UK or USA?

its UK mate ive emailed cellunlocker.net they asked for that information
