Is my blackberry 3G 9300 already unlocked?
So I went to the sim card screen and typed in mped. Everything is disabled except service provider, this may be because I'm still with my phone company (koodo). I will be going to Germany soon, after I cancel my thing, will I have to do something to make the service provider say disabled? Or will that happen automatically?
I have a 3g 9300 by the way. - 04-05-2012, 04:54 PM #2
Hi Snapply,
The phone is still locked.
You need the MEP4 Code (Service Provider Code)
You can get that from us and some of the reliable unlockers here.
If you need it instantly and want to order from us make sure to use coupon code " crackberry " for 40% OFF.
Also, if you have any questions at all, let me know,
Best Regards,

Unlocking does not effect your provider. We use several unlocked phones sold by ATT and used on ATT's network. No issues at all. And still ready for travel.

All the providers on here should be able to send 5 codes that are used for unlocking certain aspects of the phone.
An MEP2 is used for major networks, such as Orange or Three.
MEP4 codes are used for providers that use part of another networks service, such as Tesco. These are sub providers.
The instructions to enter the code will likely be slightly different from the norm as well, but you won't have many problems at all. - 04-13-2012, 11:45 AM #10
