How to unlock HARD LOCKED (MEP 0 left) blackberry. Torch, Curve 3G, Bold, etc

As all of you know Blackberry gives 10 attempts to enter the MEP code. After 10 attempts are exhausted the phone starts displaying message MEP code (0 left). Such phones are also referred to as 'hardlocked'.
Hardlocked phones do not allow to enter unlock code into them.

Such Blackberry phones can be unlocked. You can finally turn your "paperweight" into a fully functioning phone again.

We now can unlock absolutely all hardlocked Blackberry phones i.e. mobiles that give MEP 0 left or where there is no prompt at all to enter the code.
