hello i currently have a blackberry bold 9900 with bell and a white 9900 with rogers and i want to unlock the rogers phone so i can put my bell sim card in the rogers phone but when i do the "mep2" nothing comes up but when i do it on the phone with bell it works but a message comes up with an error! what do i do?
Hi, I've received my unlock code already. Thanks, but I'm having trouble unlocking my phone. I did everything right. When I entered my unlock code it said "Code Accepted" but I still can't use it with another SIM Card.
I am so close to opening a dispute against you on paypal and slagging your service off quite badly. I have placed two orders for the same phone and still no reply, yet I am $15.00 poorer.

I wish i had read further down this thread before purchasing the code as i experience the exact same issue as other users. After purchasing the code I am stuck on a loading screen for several hours now. Money was taken instantly from my account but no code/email was received.
Testing out their customer service now. I would not recommend this site, especially if you require your unlock code 'instantly'
