How to Unlock BlackBerry Bold 9900 Unlock Code entry instructions
It's an exciting time with all the awesome new Blackberry Models coming out in the following weeks!!!!
Since the 9900 bold is a new model, a lot of people may want to know how to unlock it, so we've shared the BlackBerry Bold 9900's Unlocking Instructions below!
First you will need your BlackBerry Bold 9900's Unlock Code (MEP code)
You can get your unlock code a number of ways
1) Call your carrier and request an unlock code, (tell them you're going overseas for a better chance of getting it)
2) You can INSTANTLY get your Unlock Code from us at BlackberryCodeSource.com or from any of the other unlockers on crackberry
Here's a coupon for 40% OFF " cellphoneforums "
Once you have your Bold 9900's unlock code, you just need to enter it following these simple steps.
1) Insert an unaccepted SIM card – one that's not from the network your phone is locked to.
2) Select yes when prompted if you want to enter an unlock code
3) Enter your Bold 9900's unlock code.
You will not receive a “Code Accepted” messages or anything of the like,
but your phone will stand at the homescreen. *
Wait about 30 seconds and it should connect to the network carrier that the inserted SIM card is from. *
That's it! Easy as 1 - 2 - 3!
or you can enter your unlock code like this
1) Go to Options -> Device -> Advanced System Settings -> Sim Card
2) Hold the ALT key and type the "mepe" (without the quotes, you will not see anything on the screen when typing)
3) Once you see the Personalization Screen Press and Hold the ALT key and type MEP2 (you will not see anything on the screen when typing).
You will be prompted for the unlock code
4) Enter the provided unlock code
It's recommend to do a Battery pull after unlocking your Blackberry
Now you're free to use your BlackBerry BOLD 9900 with any GSM network worldwide!
If you have any Blackberry related questions whatsoever send us an email, we're happy to help!
Cheers!Last edited by BlackberryCodeSource; 07-03-2012 at 05:25 AM.

I'll be getting a 9900 from Etisalat (Dubai, UAE), they said that they will not give me the unlock code until 1 month has passed.
Can I use your service to unlock it right away and use it on another carrier?
What would be the price?
Thank you
I will be getting it on the 18th of August - 08-14-2011, 02:18 AM #7
It advertises $12USD. And use the 40% off code. = cheap.

Hehe,
Good one
Yes Robbers(Rogers) or Billus(Telus) Bell or Fido very rarely give out unlock codes.

Thank you so much. Just got my 9930 from Sprint working and unlocked in seconds. Literally right after the payment page, I was redirected to a page with the unlock code that worked when I inputted the code.
Excellent price, and speed even beyond what I presumed. Wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone.
