Engineering menu in 9860? (ALT button?)

i have unbranded and unlocked 9860 (touch screen only).
how can i enable the engineering menu?

there is no ALT key. i tried pressing &%123 but it does not work either as ALT.

any advice appreciated. forum search did not help.
