That being said..


I got an unlock code from CU and I did as the tutorial said, but I guess I did something wrong and it says " Pin blocked, contact service provider"

then it locked my bb, when i try to unlock my bb it says " enter PUK code"

so i tried the unlock code there, it moved me on to " enter new pin code" i made a new one, vertified it, then boom again to " Pin Blocked..etc"

Anyone know what a PUK code is? and what I can do ? cause i cnt use my phone for anything atm

Oh ok I realised that the PUK code has to be given by my carrier, and then it will fix my phone

and I don't have to do anything again cause my phone is already unlocked

btw, how can I check if a blackberry is unlocked/locked ?

You locked your sim card. need to get a new one from your service provider.

Yup usually just a quick trip to the store. But if you have data saved on your sim card your out of luck unless they give you the puk code.
