I just picked up a Bold 9700 which i thought was unlocked how ever it isn't and it also has 0 unlock attempts left. I have taken care of this problem with the person I got it from but I still have the phone and was wondering if there is anyway to fix this?

Your best bet is hardlocked.com or find a local phone repair shop that has a DM3 machine to reset it.

Not all shops offer the service so if someone in the first cell phones shop will say he can't unlock it go to another shop... it's done by a cable solution to reset the MEP counter and any professional used phone seller should have the solution.

You need a shop that offers DM3 Unlocking. Where are you located?

DM3 or any other solution for hard locked Blackberry.
but you will need to use a cable solution that's for sure.

I would recommend you to send your phone to someone that can unlock hard locked blackberry in your area.
