At present I have the following running in my environment:-

BES 5
BES10
GOOD for Enterprise

I've built a new BES 12 UEM environment and I ultimately want to move all persons unto BES UEM. What the easiest/safest way to do this, taking into account that all of the above each have their own servers.

To upgrade your bes5 you need to first upgrade it to bes12.5. You should also be able to upgrade your bes10 to Bes12.5 then migrate the users and profiles from one to the other and upgrade the whole shebang to UEM.

Far as I know there is no direct upgrade path from GforE to UEM, though I'm less than familiar with the GOOD products and didn't find anything from a quick search. Only thing I found so far states you need to manually transition users to the GOOD for Work/UEM by recreating policies in UEM. Then you have users activate on UEM /Good for Work and remove Good for Enterprise.
