    Hi all,

    Have you ever successfully activated a device and just after sync' all emails, contacts and calendar appointments, the device stops receiving emails? you can send emails and update contacts or calendar appointments but you just cannot receive more emails once the activation is completed.

    We've tried replacing the device or recreating BES account and the issue persists. we've activated several accounts similar to the ones affected with no issues.
