I have a theme for crackberry and I was wondering, if my OS messes up and lets say the screen freezes along with the reboot not fulling rebooting anymore and the people at verizon see's this.. will the theme void warranty. I'm just curious because I remember them asking me where i got the theme from.

I can't speak for Verizon, but it would not be reasonable for a theme to void a warranty because you can always wipe the device and load a different theme.

In general, your device's warranty covers hardware issues when running your carrier's OS and approved programs.

While it is theoretically possible that a piece of software can cause a hardware failure, it is unlikely that a theme would do that.

Accordingly, one of the first diagnostic steps at the store would be to reset your device to factory specs to see if the fault remains.
