Since we haven't heard anything on this theme, I"ll see if I can make it. I'm assuming that there's not much more to it than changing the icon backgrounds to a square button look (experienced theme developers, of which I'm not, would be able to answer this). But, I'll check into it and post back if I'm able to do it. Unfortunately, I'm quite busy with other things. So, I can't give a time-line. But, I'll go as fast as I can.

Here are zipped files for 4.7 and 5.0 OS. I don't have a means to host an OTA, so this is the best I can do. You'll have to install these files via the Desktop Manager.

Basically all I did was to change the background and icon background and focus graphics relative to the default Tour theme. This makes it look like the Storm, albeit a smaller screen.
