I'm sure I've seen this posted before. I have one theme that will not delete. It doesn't show up in applications any longer but is still listed in themes and is still working. How can I remove this once and for all.

I would make sure it is not the active theme and try again using Applications.
If that does not work, you might investigate BBSAK and use it to try to directly delete the cod file. Are you sure of the cod's name? Many are com-plazmic but not all.
