By request, here is a Nebraska Cornhuskers theme for the Tour. Compatible with both OS 4.7 and 5.0.

I added custom icons for messages (helmet), SMS/MMS (football) and Browser along with a custom home screen icon and even an animated hourglass, just to name a few.

Theme has hidden today, all icons are customizable with the 7th being for the weather app of your choice and the spacebar is also a shortcut for either QuickLaunch or ShortcutMe.

I have the 8530 is this theme compatible with this? Also when I download it it doesn't go to my theme it goes to my applications is there something I need to do? Someone please help me

Sorry but theme is only compatible with Tour and Bold 9700. Themes are device specific so this won't work on your Curve. Curve has different icon sizes, fonts, screen resolution, etc. Tour and 9700 have same specs so works on both.
