Very nice. I like the icon set.

If I may, I would offer some suggestions/desires:

1) I'm righty, but it feels weird having the weather slot on the right side. I am used to it on the left.

2) [space] to fire quicklaunch.

3) Make the notifications area a hot spot for Messages

4) In addition to having the calendar icon fire off the hidden today, perhaps make the date/time a hot spot for that.
