Does anyone know of a Non-hidden today theme with custom icons (No precision icons). This is what I'm looking for:

Non-hidden today
No dock on homescreen or side or hidden dock
Custom icons (no precision)
Customizable wallpaper on home screen
Dark Menu's w/ white or light color fonts
Transitions
Weather slot

Any Suggestions?
