Well from my understanding, there is a bug with Plazmic right now that prevents anything but the default call screen to show. So until Plazmic gets around to fixing that, you'll be stuck with the default.
milly is correct. Now here would be an interesting test, to the OP I see you are running OS 5.0. On OS 5.0 8900 themes will run, so I wonder if loading an 8900 theme on the tour then would allow for skinning the call screen.

Shao - just tried you suggestion and downloaded winberry 7 Ultimate 3.1 from the 8900 themes on my tour running 5.0.0.230 leak. And the theme works and the call screen is a little different. On the top left on the call screen they both show phone icons but that seems to be it colors and picture location are the same.
