i called sprint about a month ago, complaining about my phone and hoping to get a bold 9650, but they still have some tours in stock. and i'm still having some faulty issues with my phone.

They'll more than likely still have some refurbished Tours in stock. If you have issues then by asl means, try to get them resolved anyway. You may get lucky, but realize it may end up being another Tour, since it's what you bought initially anyway.
