I left my phone on the charger all night thinking it was charging and when i wont up there was a solid red light on. I tried taking out the battery and waiting a while but when it was about to turn on a white screen came up, then it went black and the solid red light came back on again.

Go to the "Blackberry help" section. Make sure you have desktop manager downloaded. Don`t leave it charging all night. From reading the forums it seems to crash the OS. Good luck.

ok--my tour is doing the same thing--i did not leave it plugged in--it was fully charged and just went off--it keeps trying to restart but will not--the red light comes on then the timer symbol then screen flashes and starts over again and again and again
i have pulled battery and let it sit for 12 hours and still same thing
