    Alright, so I get a lot of attachments with videos and with my Curve 8330 I never had a problem downloading them and viewing them; now that I have the TOUR, I noticed that the phone downloads the attachment, but no video plays only the sound...any ideas?!?!?!?!?1

    This might be the problem - the device will only support WMV files for Window media 9 and 10, the I think the current version is 11. This would be a no go. Just a thought, this could be the issue.


    You can go to Smartphones, Cell Phones & Smart Phones at BlackBerry.com and go to support and services. In there techincal database search for article KB05482.

    This will let you support formats for BB devices
