Will the Tour work on the 1X network

Hello i'm looking to make sure that the tour will work on the 1X side of CDMA i'm sure this has been covered before but i could not find it anywhere when i looked at the specs all i saw was EVDO Rev A and all the GSM junk i live where sprint has not quite got all our towers updated yet so im on 1X all the time i'm sorry if this is a stupid question but like i said i could not find this info on the BB web site and i want this baby BAD!
