    Phones with WI FI - my 9630 Tour does not have it. Is this something you can purchase so that I can take advantage of spots with WI FI?
    Does anyone know? is it better/faster then accessing internet thru my phone service?

    Nope its hardware. There is no WiFi on the 9630.

    You would need to purchase a different phone that has Wi-Fi capability. The Tour 2, which is coming soon, will have Wi-Fi capability.

    There is nothing you can buy that will enable Wi-Fi connectivity on your device.
