OK, so just for s__t and giggles, who was promised a phone call from Verizon Telesales when trying to preorder the Tour (like I was, thanks a lot Mohammad) and never got one or is still waiting . I would like to know if this is what customer service is all about.
why not just go into the store and get one? inventory levels arent a problem.
Not the point of the thread. Already got mine, just wanted to see if anyone really got the phone call as promised as I never did. That is after:
Me: You are sure you are going to call me back, right?
Mohammed: Not only am I going to call you back, but you will be put into the system before anyone else, so don't order on the web, wait for me to call!
Me: OK
Ordered mine via the web Saturday, got it today at 2:00PM. Thanks Mohammed from VZW telesales.
