    I bought my Tour in December. I've had no problems with it until this past Tuesday morning. The battery was getting low, but I couldn't charge it bc I was working. As I left work I noticed it had a white screen with a message 'App Error 523; Reset' so I pushed the trackball and it started to reload, but never got past the white screen with the BlackBerry logo/BlackBerry. I have taken out the battery a gazillion times, done a soft reset - ALT + RT SHIFT + DEL, tried working with the Desktop Manager and all to no avail. Should I reload the OS and if so, how do I do that? I don't want to exchange it unless I can get the data off of the phone. Any help is much appreciated.
