Where is the OS upgrade? Im dying here... Im glad that this phone doesnt have the same initial issues that the Blackberry Storm had, but I still think it needs an upgrade. If I were to put my money on it, I bet the first OS update will clarify almost, if not all, issues with the phone. Otherwise, I love it.

There is a hybrid with 5.0 files in the Beta OS discussion forum. Several members have been using it for a while now.

the hybrid doesnt add any new features, but increases performance

well it does add bbm 5.0, but that is already out anyway
