Where To Find Celebrity Voice Programming?

When I charge my 9630, it finishes charging by saying "Charging completed" in the voice of the comedienne Gilbert Gottfried. Where is that setting to let me change it, or at least decide if I'd prefer someone else?

I have looked through profiles or settings, but nothing I do is leading to anything I can find to control this. Since I bought a refurbished phone, I can only presume this is left over from the previous owner.

Any ideas?

that is an app you have.
see if the developer has similar ones/settings

I can't find anything that suggests itself as an app. I've looked everywhere.
