I ordered 2 Tour's last night at 12:30 EDT, got confirmation numbers on both, and the order confirmation said I would get an SHIPPING email confirmation -- no mention of an order confirmation email. (I ordered on 2 separate transactions so that if there was a problem with one it wouldn't sink the other.) Both were eligible upgrades.
When I check my order status this morning, I get a message that says:
"Status: Your order requires some validations in order to complete processing. To expedite processing, please call 866-860-6301 between 8:00 a.m. EST to 11:00 p.m. EST Monday to Friday or 9:00 a.m. EST to 8:00 p.m. EST on Saturdays or 1:00 p.m. EST to 7:00 p.m. EST on Sundays."
Is it just me, or is anyone else seeing this as well ?
This is what mine says, I was def one of the first to order at around 12:05am (EST)
Status:The order has been submitted and requires manual processing. If there is an issue processing the order we will contact you. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed
