I am still using my first Tour and the trackball has started acting up, despite having cleaned it. Do I just need to replace the trackball unit, the sensor, or both?

Will Verizon replace the trackball or the whole phone if I try to go through them?

If you don't mind voiding warranty, put a curve trackball in. Best thing I ever did.

I am in Arizona and the stores don't have replacement BB's. Call customer care and you will have your replacement within two days. Just make sure you are there to sign for it and if not, then have it sent to your job. I had to have mine replaced and it is perfect. No cost to you. Under warranty. Just make the call.
At first I tried to clean it but it didn't help. I called and had my replacement quick

I was told this week that I had to go to the store where the staff has been trained to replace tour trackballs. I'm going to stop there tomorrow and find out...
