I have a problem with my tour.

After being in a hot tropical Indonesian weather, my handheld always substitutes Send button as Uo, Menu button as H, Trackball click as Y, Escape button as $G, End button as Jj. what happened?

It sounds like the high humidity may have led to moisture intrusion. It might be possible to correct the problem by drying out your Tour. Remove the battery and seal the phone in a bag or bowl of dry rice for several days. If the rice doesn't remove enough moisture to correct the problem, your Tour is likely beyond repair.
